If you’re joining the first year of our B.E. program through CET, COMED-K, JEE, or Management quota, begin by visiting the Admissions Office with your allotment order and all relevant academic documents submitted during your admission process.
Once your details are registered with us, we’ll generate a fee challan for you. This can be paid either online through the university portal using options like Net-banking, UPI, Debit card, Credit card etc., NEFT/Cheque/Cash are not accepted.
After payment, submit your documents along with the system-generated admission application and fee receipt. You’ll then receive your Provisional Admission Letter—marking the exciting start of your journey at KLE Tech.
To keep things simple, all fee payments for the first year of B.E. and B.Arch. programs happen through our official University portal. Our admissions team will support you at every step.

At KLE Tech, our admissions for B.E. and B.Arch. programs follow the guidelines set by the Karnataka Examination Authority and the Director of Technical Education, Bengaluru. To join us under any quota, you’ll need a valid rank in CET (Karnataka), COMED-K, or the all-India JEE exam.
If you’re applying for our Bachelor of Architecture program, you’ll need to take the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA), conducted online by the Council of Architecture.
