To identify and support students belonging to socio-economically disadvantaged sections and help them integrate successfully into campus life.
To provide academic, emotional, and financial guidance through mentoring, counselling, and institutional support mechanisms.
To ensure that all University policies, facilities, and opportunities are accessible and inclusive, without discrimination or bias.
To sensitize faculty, staff, and students towards diversity, equity, and inclusion through workshops and awareness programs.
Conducts orientation and mentorship programs tailored for SEDG students to help them adapt to the academic environment.
Facilitates access to government scholarships, fee concessions, and financial aid schemes.
Coordinates with the Student Wellbeing Centre, Counselling Cell, and Mentorship Committees to ensure holistic support.
Organizes skill development programs, communication training, and confidence- building sessions to enhance employability and self-esteem.
Monitors student progress and provides necessary interventions to prevent academic dropouts and promote continuous engagement.
