The Center for Artificial Intelligence Research (CAIR) at KLE Tech is dedicated to advancing cutting-edge AI research with a strong focus on real-world impact and societal relevance. Our multidisciplinary efforts span Edge AI for vision and language, High-Performance Computing (HPC) leveraging GPUs, FPGAs, and QPUs, and Data Science for actionable insights in healthcare and beyond.

At the Center for Artificial Intelligence Research (CAIR), our infrastructure is purpose-built to accelerate innovation, experimentation, and scalable deployment. Spread across 6,000+ square feet, the center features dedicated zones for collaborative research discussions, student project development, research scholar workspaces, and faculty leadership offices—all designed to foster a dynamic and focused research environment.

Our high-performance computing ecosystem includes:

  • NVIDIA DGX H100 and A100 (8-core) systems for large-scale AI model training
  • 11 Dell R4XX servers and 4 blade servers for distributed processing
  • HP Z4 and Z8 workstations for compute-intensive experimentation
  • A robust 24/7 power and networking backbone to ensure uninterrupted operation
