LL.M.

Constitutional Law / Information Technology Law and Intellectual Property Law

The 2-Year LL.M. programme at KLE Law College offers advanced legal education through two specialisations—Constitutional Law and Information Technology & Intellectual Property Law—designed to help our learners thrive in today’s dynamic legal landscape.

In the Constitutional Law specialisation, we encourage students to critically explore the structure of governance, federalism, constitutional morality, and rights jurisprudence. The Information Technology & Intellectual Property Law Specialization enables learners to navigate legal questions surrounding digital transformation—covering cyber governance, data protection, artificial intelligence, and innovation rights including copyrights, patents, and trademarks.

We combine academic rigour with experiential learning through research, case studies, and a focused dissertation. Our students develop sharp legal reasoning, policy analysis, and a tech-aware legal mindset. With this foundation, they go on to pursue impactful careers in academia, judiciary, policy, corporate law, or the civil services—ready to contribute meaningfully to the public and digital legal ecosystems.
