We request our students to fill the form to enable our office staff to submit the examination forms for back papers for the October 2021 KSLU examinations. Please select the correct subjects and submit the form before 1st October 2021.
Once we receive your consent and subject details, the applicable fees will be communicated, and payment should be made within the prescribed date. Upon completion, your form will be forwarded to the University.
