At KLE Law College, our Mentor Cell serves as the Career Guidance hub, dedicated to training students and connecting them with job opportunities across top law firms, multinational corporations, NGOs, banks, and educational institutions. We play a pivotal role in guiding students toward successful legal careers through workshops on contract drafting, professional ethics, group discussions, and mock interviews.
The Placement Committee, a wing of Mentor, coordinates all recruitment and placement activities. We maintain a student database, invite recruiters nationwide for on- and off-campus opportunities, and organize pre-placement talks, ensuring our students have ample avenues for internships and employment throughout the year.
