Editors evaluate manuscripts solely on the basis of academic merit and relevance to the journal’s scope, without bias or external influence. They adhere to the policies of the editorial board and respect the legal frameworks surrounding libel, copyright, and plagiarism.
Editors maintain strict confidentiality regarding submitted manuscripts, disclosing information only to the corresponding author, reviewers, editorial advisers, or publisher as appropriate. Unpublished materials are kept confidential and are never used for personal research without the author’s written consent. Editors avoid handling submissions where any conflict of interest may arise and take prompt and responsible action in cases of complaints or ethical concerns about submitted or published work, in coordination with the publisher.
