All women employees across KLE constituent colleges are members of the cell. The president is Smt. Asha Kore, with Dr. Preeti Kore serving as the chief co-coordinator. The executive committee includes two secretaries and 19 members representing faculty from all KLE colleges.
The cell is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of women and provides essential support to those in distress. Its initiatives are divided into long-term projects and community activities. These include wet waste management, health check-up camps, skill enhancement workshops, and awareness programs on gender bias and workplace harassment.
For recreation and social bonding, the cell organizes events such as Deepotsav, picnics, and Women’s Day celebrations, fostering a supportive and empowering environment for all members.
