Wastewater generated from the college campus, staff quarters, and hostels is systematically collected and treated through the Sewage Treatment Plant. The treated water is reused for gardening purposes, ensuring responsible water management and environmental conservation.
The campus is equipped with a rooftop Rainwater Harvesting facility. The college buildings, hostels, and surrounding areas serve as catchment zones for collecting rainwater.
This system has effectively addressed water scarcity during the non-monsoon season by storing rainwater for construction activities and gardening, while also contributing to the recharge and enrichment of groundwater resources, including borewells.
