Dr. M. S. Sheshgiri Campus, Belagavi, is committed to making quality education affordable and accessible to all. We believe that learning thrives in an environment that not only nurtures but also stimulates curiosity and ambition. With world-class infrastructure, the campus provides students with the space and support to pursue knowledge and explore their individual interests.

Recognized under Section 2(f) of the UGC Act 1956, we engage in a full range of academic activities across Engineering and Management—encompassing teaching, research, training, consulting, and intellectual development. Our focus remains on the holistic growth of every student, combining innovation in education with the skills needed for lifelong employability.

Future-Ready Academic Pathways

We offer a diverse range of programs designed to prepare students for evolving careers. Our eight undergraduate engineering programs span emerging and traditional disciplines including Artificial Intelligence, Biomedical, Chemical, Civil, Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, and Mechanical Engineering.

We also provide three postgraduate courses—M.Tech (Structures), MBA, and MCA—alongside undergraduate programs in BBA, BCA, and B.Com, ensuring opportunities for students from varied academic backgrounds to pursue their aspirations with us.

At our Belagavi campus, research is central to intellectual growth and academic excellence. With six departments recognized by VTU as research centres and state-of-the-art facilities, we are a preferred destination for doctoral and research programs in North Karnataka.

Through our Research and Development Council (RDC), we actively support students and faculty in pursuing impactful projects, providing funding and guidance to ensure meaningful outcomes and career growth. As part of KLE Technological University, we also gain access to STAR-Labs—Science & Technology Advanced Research Centres—that drive globally competitive, high-impact research in strategic areas, reinforcing our vision to become a preeminent research-intensive university by 2030.

Spaces Built for You

We offer hostel facilities for 350 boys and 550 girls, designed to provide comfort and convenience. With uninterrupted power supply, Wi-Fi access, dedicated gyms, and round-the-clock security, we create an environment where students feel at home. Students also have access to free medical services through the Vaidyashree health insurance scheme at KLE Society’s Dr. Prabhakar Kore Hospital and Research Center, along with on-campus banking, cafeterias, and transport facilities.

  • PLACEMENTS

Building Pathways to Success

Our centralized placement system ensures that students from every branch have equal opportunities to build sustainable and successful careers. The Training and Placement Cell works in collaboration with the Human Resource Training Cell (HRTC) and begins preparing students as early as the third semester for engineering programs and the first semester for postgraduate programs. This early focus equips them with the employability skills that are valued by industry.

The Placement Cell manages all activities related to campus placements and internships. It also facilitates and coordinates pool campus drives with other institutions, thereby expanding opportunities and enhancing placement prospects for our students.
