UG & PG Programs of Higher Semesters Only
We are pleased to announce that admissions to all higher semesters of UG & PG programs shall be compulsorily made online only. Online admissions shall be done through the website: https://parents.kletech.ac.in.  Students, only if they are eligible for the next academic year, must log on to the above website after the announcement of results to generate the Fee Bill.
  • Students have the option to pay the fees online through the University payments portal by Net banking/UPI/Debit Card/Credit Card etc. 
  • Cheque/Neft/Cash payments are not accepted

Demand Draft will be accepted only in case of Bank Loan in the favour of: ‘The Registrar, KLE Technological University’ Payable at Hubballi, subjected to valid proof provided related to Bank Loan.
  • Students who make the payment through online will have their payment status updated within 24 hours, and can generate the admission form through https://parents.kletech.ac.in.
Students who make payments through Demand Draft must submit a copy of the challan to the Accounts Office for updating the payment. After this, the student shall download the admission form through https://parents.kletech.ac.in.
